BVX-100Series Welding Smoke Purifier
The BVX-100 series smoke purification system is more convenient and simple to install than multi station smoke purification systems. It has no piping system, adjustable smoking port position, small size, low noise, high smoking capacity (85 cubic meters/hour), anti-static, high filtration level, and uses HEPA filter material with high filtration accuracy to almost eliminate all small particles and harmful gases that harm human health in the air. Not only suitable for welding workshops, but also for occasions with volatile solvents.
A system with a rated power of 85 watts can ensure high-quality air filtration, and the powerful air flow can instantly filter smoke, particles, and gases in the work area. When a larger smoking area is needed, a novel adapter can be used to easily connect the smoking hood and smoking arm together.
The configuration of a two-layer filter can effectively cope with situations with large welding fumes and small amounts of smoke, or situations with mild organic solvents and adhesive volatile gases. When the filter is clogged and needs to be replaced, the dual color indicator light will turn red.

Instructions for using the smoking system:
1. There are three types of filter materials in BVX-101: pre filter material/HEPA filter material/gas filter material. HEPA filter material (with a filtration accuracy of 99.997%) is integrated with gas filter material
2. If you want to filter volatile gases and solvents, please choose the BVX-103 host with gas filtering materials. The gas filtering material is specifically designed to handle such volatile gases and has a good filtering effect.
3. The power cord must be reliably grounded.
4. Before replacing the smoking arm, the power should be turned off. After the power is turned on, a green indicator light will turn on.
5. Smoke and other harmful gases are inhaled from the bottom of the machine, and after passing through the filtering material inside the machine, the completely purified air re enters the room.
6. The green light of the power supply indicates normal operation, while the yellow light indicates that the pre filter material or HEPA filter material is clogged and needs to be replaced. When the yellow light is on, the pre filter material should be replaced first. If the green light is on at this time, it means it is normal and you can continue to use it; If the yellow light is still on, it means that the HEPA filter material needs to be replaced. Note that the replacement frequency of pre filter materials is 2-4 times higher than that of HEPA.
7. The lifespan of gas filter materials depends on the amount of steam in the smoke, and whether the gas filter material should be replaced cannot be judged by whether the green light is on.
8. The machine must be equipped with filter material during operation. If there is no filter material, the machine will stop due to self-locking. If there is no filtering material, smoke entering the machine will adhere to the inside and damage the machine. It is strictly prohibited to cancel the self-locking function.
9. Do not block the air outlet of the machine, it will damage the characteristics of the machine.
10. Do not open the machine cover while the machine is in use.
11. The machine warranty period is one year (excluding consumables such as filter materials, smoking arms, and smoking nozzles). Filter materials are consumables, and it is recommended that you order several filter materials when ordering the host.
12. The filter material can only be replaced and cannot be cleaned.
